Royal & SunAlliance Motability (R&SAM) Unit provide an accident
management and insurance service for the Motability Scheme fleet.
The fleet is operated by Motability Operations and is the largest motor fleet
in Europe. The unit servicing this business is based in Liverpool and since
the start of R&SAM's involvement with the scheme in 1995 the workforce
has grown to 370 staff. Our objective is to provide first-rate Customer Care
both to Motability Operations and to approximately 380,000 end customers.
We have been acknowledged as providing excellent customer service
